Small Scale On-Site Sewage Treatment System:
All River Residences homes utilize the Janda Busse Treatment System, a high-tech, state-of-the-art sewage treatment system. Based on sophisticated European engineering, the treated water of all Janda Busse systems can either be re-used for irrigation, toilet flushing, car washing or discharged to a septic field or to bodies of waters (lakes, rivers, oceans) without pollution.

Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs):
SIPS are high-performance building panels used in floors, walls, and roofs for residential and light commercial buildings. The panels are typically made by sandwiching a core of rigid foam plastic insulation between two structural skins of oriented strand board (OSB). SIPs are manufactured under factory-controlled conditions and can be custom designed for each home. The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective. The cost of building with SIPs is about the same as wood frame construction when you factor in the labor savings resulting from shorter construction time and less job-site waste. Additional savings are realized because less expensive heating and cooling systems are required with SIP construction.

Aquatherm’s systems are engineered to last for over 50 years without leaking, corroding or wearing out. Heat Pump:
The geothermal heat pump works by pumping a water solution through ground-buried pipes, which absorb heat from the earth in the winter and move it to the geothermal system inside the home. Once there, the heat is condensed and transferred to the air that is circulated throughout the house, providing warmth when needed. In the summer, the process is reversed, absorbing heat from the air inside the home and transferring it into the ground through the same loop system.

The Electric Drive Smart Car is a fully 100% electric vehicle offers a range of 140km at a maximum speed of up to 120km/h.
